Cost-benefit and Investment Risk Analysis of User-side Battery Energy Storage System

Abstract:

Cost-benefit and investment risk analysis are crucial to the construction of the user-side battery energy storage system. The energy storage life cycle cost model and the user-side revenue model are established.The economic evaluation indexes of dynamic payback period, NPV and IRR are used to analyze the benefit of the energy storage systems for large industrial users and general industrial and commercial users in Zhejiang.The investment risk of the project is analyzed by Crystal Ball software. It will provide useful guidance for construction and investment decision of user-side energy storage project.
