Research and Practice on the Multiple Collaborative Scheduling System of Source-Grid-Load-Storage

Abstract:
Carbon peak and carbon neutrality are important strategic goals of China. The establishment of a new power system with new energy as the main body is an important means to realize the dual-carbon strategy. In order to meet the development needs of the new power system, this paper proposes a multiple collaborative scheduling management system of source, grid, load and storage. By establishing a power market mechanism and a multi-type resource collaborative scheduling platform that adapts to the participation of various resources on the supply side, the grid side, and the load side, it effectively improves the coordination ability among the source, grid, load and storage, and the level of clean energy consumption. Finally, the effectiveness of the proposed multiple collaborative scheduling system is verified by coordinated interaction test of source-grid-load-and pilot application in many prefectures and cities in which Shandong power grid locates.
